Natalie has been teaching Pilates for over a decade. She was first introduced to Pilates in 2005 while rehabilitating a back injury performing in the national tour of "Evita." Being so inspired by the results, Natalie certified to teach the original "Method" through one of the world's most prestigious training programs (Power Pilates-Bob Liekens). Natalie's teaching style is integrative and energetic, instilling self-confidence to beginners and advanced practitioners alike. She enjoys and is certified to teach a diverse clientele including Pre and Post Natal Pilates, Pilates for Advanced Ages, Pilates for the Performing Artist and Hatha Yoga. In New York City, she coordinates the Pilates program at the Harvard Club of NY, travels to clients in-home/in-office and offers a virtual studio with live and On-Demand classes. With a deep passion for travel she loves spreading the immeasurable benefits of Pilates guest teaching aboard the luxurious Crystal Cruises, including 3 World voyages. Natalie believes once you make a consistent commitment to Pilates, you will begin to see tremendous change in your body and mind, that's carried off the mat into daily life.
As an actress and host on-camera, Natalie has co-starred in several TV cable series including the 5-part miniseries Village of the Damned and Season 1 of Pandora's Box. She also played a small role in season 3 of Showtime's Billions. Natalie appeared in the 2017-20 commercial ad campaign Marcum Financial, currently airing on MSNBC and CNN. As a model and host, Natalie has worked for L'Oreal (standing in for supermodel Linda Evangelista), modeling the magnificent jewelry at Sotheby's NYC and other various beauty industrials and fitness infomercials. She also plays an ongoing role in a series of ESL (English as a Second Language) videos, distributed world-wide by Pearson Education. Natalie is currently creating, hosting and filming a series of On-Demand Pilates videos available now on this website, with new content arriving weekly.
As an actress and vocalist Natalie has almost 20 years professional experience Off Broadway, touring productions, on regional and European stages, aboard cruise ships, in-studio and on-camera. Natalie made her New York theatrical debut Off-Broadway in The Pirates of Penzance. She has toured extensively in the US and Europe with the 25th Anniversary company of Evita, directed by Harold Prince, and with the Broadway revue Broadway Tonite! Natalie has been on stage at reputable regional theatre companies including the first regional production of Les Miserables with California Music Theatre (with many from the Broadway company). She performed in a workshop of the new musical, Josephine, with R&B star Deborah Cox, and also at the annual Broadway benefit concert Easter Bonnet at the the The Lion King's Minskoff Theatre.
